Uptime Status shows whether a system or tablet at a Location is online or offline. You can access it from the navigation bar by selecting “Uptime Status” at the top of the Remote Supports Dashboard.
There, you’ll see a list of Locations and their current status. This helps you, as a Remote Supports Provider, quickly identify and respond to outages and decide how to follow up if needed.
Note: To view all sensors and devices at a location, scroll to the bottom of the Location Details page. There, you’ll see the status of each device at the site. That will be covered in the “Locations” section of this course.
