Users
Users are people (who are not Individuals) who have access to the Hearo Dashboard, usually because they support the individual somehow. Users are typically Remote Support Professionals, Service Providers, Guardians, etc.
Below is an overview of how to add Users to the system.
First, select “Users” from the toolbar, and then click ‘Add User’

A new window will appear. Here, you will enter all of the user’s information. Profile pictures are optional.
After entering the information, click ‘submit’ and save the user’s profile.
Note: RSPs should be set as ‘Company Admin’.

After submitting, the User will not be able to access the system until they have confirmed their email address and created a password to access the dashboard. Here is what that email will look like to the user.

After the user confirms their email, sets up a password, and logs in, they will have access to the dashboard.
Note: If you need to change the permissions or delete a user. You can select the user, and change their permissions or delete their profile.
