Location Activity
After clicking on a Location, you will be brought to the Location Activity Page. Here, you will have a full view of what’s happening at this specific location. Here’s an overview of what you’ll see on this page.
Top Left: Location Info
Photo of the location (if one was uploaded).
Location Name.
Address.
System Status – The last time the system checked the location’s connection is shown in green. The text will turn red if the hub or any device is offline.

Phone Icon – Starts a video call with the individual’s tablet.
A pop-up will appear with your webcam and space for the individual’s camera in the top right of your screen. The individual’s camera will only turn on if they enable it (unless it’s set to start automatically). This is designed to protect their privacy.
Location Icon – Opens the location’s address in Google Maps in a new browser tab.
Use this to view or navigate to the actual address.

Top Right: Quick Access Tools
Advanced Rules – View and manage rules for this location.
Monthly Report – Access reporting for this location.
Location Settings – Edit or update the location’s settings.
These features will be explained in more detail later in the course.

Main Device & Individual Info
Just below the location details, you’ll find two key areas:
Main Device (Hearo Hub): This shows an image of the Hearo Hub at the location.
You’ll see how long the Hub has been online in green text.
If the Hub is offline, this will show in red, along with the offline duration.
Individual’s Info & Devices:
To the right, you’ll see a photo and the name of the individual who lives at the location.
A list of their devices is separate from the location’s sensors.
Devices may include (but are not limited to):
Hearo PERS Device, with the option to call the PERS Device or start the PERS Call Tree.
Hearo Mobile App.
Tablet, you can also click Monitor Tablet to view a real-time snapshot of the tablet screen.

Monitor Tablet – Overview
Clicking ‘Monitor Tablet’ will open a window that shows a snapshot of what is currently showing on the individual’s tablet—live and in the moment.
If Reminders (like for medications) appear on the screen, you’ll see them, too. This can help you check whether the individual is seeing and responding to important prompts.
It’s also useful when sending a one-time Notification to the tablet. You can quickly confirm that it appeared by checking the snapshot—if it arrived, it will be visible on the screen.
You’ll see a black screen if the tablet is off or in Sleep Mode.

Logs
Activity Logs show sensor data and system events in real time, all with time stamps. These logs help paint a clear picture of what’s happening at a Location.
You might see logs for things like:
Emergency events: E-button is pressed, smoke or carbon monoxide alarm, going outside of Geofenced, etc.
Rule activations (like door opening after hours)
Motion or bed sensor activity
Remote access to Doorbell Cameras (always tracked and tied to a specific user) – “Doorbell press snapshots”
Dashboard log-ins or actions
Feelings Updates
You can also click “Add Note” on any individual log to add a support note or just to add context to something that happened.
Note: These logs are also visible on the Activity Page.

Support Notes:
Support Notes are a space for team communication, ongoing support history, and care plans. You can click “Edit” to update this section as needed.
They’re designed to be used for:
Share important updates about the individual.
Communicate between shifts or teams.
Record any key observations or support actions.

Sensors
The Sensors section lists all sensors installed at the location and important details about their current status.
Here’s what you’ll see:
Sensor Name – A list of each sensor installed at the location.
Current Value – This shows the sensor’s current state (for example, active/asleep).
Battery Level – Displays the current battery status for each sensor.
Last Check-In – The last time the system successfully connected with the sensor to check on its status.
This section gives you a quick health check of each sensor, helping ensure everything is working as expected.

Outage History
As the name suggests, ‘Outage History’ is the history of the Location outage and allows three options to export this export into Excel, PDF, or CSV formats.
