Send Notification
Using “Send Notifications” lets you easily send a one-time message to an individual’s Hearo Tablet and App. You can access it anytime from the “Send Notification” button from the Dashboard toolbar. By default, the sent message will trigger the home’s light bulbs to help make the person aware of the notification.Below are instructions on how to send a message/notification.
Note: This feature is different from Reminders, as it’s not recurring or scheduled and does not allow for additional attachments like images or video links.
From the navigation bar, select “Send Notification”; this will automatically prompt the section needed to send a notification.

Click ‘Location’ to load all the locations your company supports. Here, you will select the location you want to send the notification to.
Note: You can add as many locations here as you would like. This can be helpful when broadcasting the same message to multiple locations- for example, weather alerts, company-wide updates, etc.

Next, type the message you want to send into the ‘Message’ section. This is the message that will appear to the individual.
To finish, click ‘submit’ to send the message.

After you ‘Submit’ the message, which will send the message automatically, you will see this popup to confirm that the message was sent.

Note: This is what the notification will look like to the individual who uses the App.
