Tablet Stuck on Admin Login Screen

The Tablet will have two different types of Admin Logins:

• Hearo Admin Login

  • Allows you to change the Location and Individuals

• Hearo Admin Access

  • Allows you change Tablet Settings (Screen brightness, volume, wifi setting [Doesn’t work], etc)

To simply get out of the Hearo Admin Login, there is a Cancel button that, once clicked, will place you back into the Kiosk mode.

To get out of the Hearo Admin Access, you will need to press and old down of the Battery Icon in the top left of the screen (If there is no Battery Icon, rotate the screen and it’ll show up). It’ll take a few tries, but once you’re able to enlarge Icon and click it, you’ll be brought back to the Hearo Admin Login screen, and from there you can click the Cancel button.
