Unboxing the Hub

• Remove HUB from shipment. HUB will come equipped with a power cable and ethernet cable.

• Plug in HUB to a power outlet, preferably away from high traffic areas and sunlight. A power surge protecter is ideal when connecting the HUB to power.

• Plug the HUB's ethernet cable into one of the internet ports on your local router

• Allow 3-5 minutes for HUB to connect to all services.

• Navigate to the Hearo Dashboard https://app.hearo.net/

• On the dashboard, select the location from the Locations tab. The HUB online status will appear here. You may need to refresh the page to show the update to online.
