Sending Notifications (messages/to tablets)

Information on how to send notifications to individuals in the Hearo Software Dashboard.

Notifications are a quick and easy way to send a one-off message to an Individual's Hearo tablet. It is accessed through the Remote Supports Dashboard by navigating to the "Send Notification" icon/button in the toolbar at the top of the page. This is accessible from any point on the Dashboard.

Having clicked through, you will land on a separate page. This is where you will choose which **Location **you'd like to send the notification to, as well as to which Individual, if there are multiple at any given Location.

Notifications are quite handy for getting a quick message communicated to an Individual or Location, as it will engage the **notification bulb **in a green color (by default; able to be further customized in the Location's **Advanced Rules Engine, **while Reminders are able to be adjusted on their respective page) and can be tied to sound notification if set up alongside a Rule (adjustable parameters for the behaviors of a Locations sensors/devices/etc.).
